📢 BILLING REMINDER: Accuracy sa Runsheet Encoding

To all JAXPRESS partners 

Since hindi na tayo kumukuha ng hard copy ng runsheet, mas importante ngayon ang tamang pag-encode ng Runsheet Number sa billing.

Ang Runsheet Number ang ginagamit namin para ma-detect at ma-match ang trip sa SPX system. Ito rin ang isa sa pangunahing references para ma-identify ang billable trips, billing validation, at payment processing.

⚠️ Please Double-Check These Characters

May mga characters na madaling mapagkamalan:

O – 0
1 – I
U – V
8 – B

Kahit isang maling character lang, maaaring hindi ma-match ang runsheet sa SPX system at hindi ma-detect nang tama ang billable trip.

📌 Bago I-submit ang Billing

Please make sure na:

✅ Tama at complete ang Runsheet Number
✅ I-compare ang encoded runsheet sa actual runsheet mula sa Driver App
✅ Double-check ang letters at numbers
✅ Walang missing, extra, o maling character
✅ I-review muna lahat ng entries bago i-submit

Maling runsheet encoding = possible na hindi ma-detect ang billable trip = billing validation issue = possible delay sa payment.

Kaya please take a few extra seconds to check your encoding before submitting your billing.
